Sarapiqui: Class III - IV ($95 per person)
Get ready for one of the most-extreme rafting trips in Costa Rica! You will love the adrenaline-charged and intense Sarapiqui River class 3-4 Jungle Run section. Rafting on the Sarapiquí River is considered one of the "Must-Do" Costa Rica tours near the Arenal Volcano. You'll experience over 30 continuous rapids with names like "The Terminator" and "Dos Locos". Whether you are a first-timer or a rafting expert, this rafting trip will guarantee to get your adrenaline pumping!
Lower Balsa - Class II-IV ($75 per person)
Costa Rica Whitewater and Wildlife Rafting Class 2-3 is perfect for all nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and people who are looking for an easy-going rafting adventure in Costa Rica! Your professional Costa Rican rafting guides love what they do and will have you start off the day by providing paddling and safety instructions and then suiting you up with safety gear to prepare for your exciting rafting adventure. Challenge yourself as you paddle down 10 kilometers of fun, rolling rapids with names like “Congo Loco” and “Rock around the Croc!”
Upper Balsa - Class III - V ($95 per person)
A challenging descent into a lush cloud forest canyon which will stimulate your glands. The upper Balsa river is a stretch which is considered to be one of the most adventurous and challenging rapids in Costa Rica. You will be accompanied by expert river guides and safety kayakers. There will be two breaks from the heart pounding rapids to refuel. The first stop will be at one of the seven dramatic waterfalls along the way, where you will enjoy nature’s bounty in the form of fresh fruits. Strong physical condition and a true urge for adventure are required. Rafters must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this trip.
Toro River - Class IIi - IV ($95 per person)
The entire northeastern region of Costa Rica is blanketed in dense, lush forests. The scenery along the Rio Toro is no exception, as it winds through tropical forests and along towering waterfalls and hot springs. The unexplored tropical wilderness is endless, making any trip on this river a memorable ride through Costa Rica’s prized natural beauty. For white water rafting, the Rio Toro, or Bull River, is just as aggressive as its name suggests. The river ranges from class II to class IV, with stretches of over 45 continuous, technical rapids, including “Morning Coffee”, “Piña Colada” and “Devil’s Elbow”. This river is ideal for experienced riders and adventurous beginners.
