Our premium shared shuttle transportation option is in an air-conditioned minibus that runs between popular destinations throughout Costa Rica.

Every premium shared shuttle service includes a bilingual driver, water bottle service, beer or juice & WiFi. It operates daily with multiple departure times throughout the day, and is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

Our Premium Shared shuttle transportation is for budget minded travelers or group sizes of one or two, and is a convenient, reliable, and an economical way to travel around popular destination in Costa Rica. However, if your group is larger than 3, then our private transportation service may offer a better price per person and a more flexible, and personal service. Along the way, there will be at least one stop where passengers can use the facilities, get a snack, or to just stretch your legs out. Our premium shuttle service provides a door-to-door service, picking passengers up at an airport or hotel in the starting destination and dropping you off at your final destination.

If your hotel is located outside the area’s main hotel zone the shuttle will not provide this door-to-door service, and in these cases, a taxi can take you and your group to the shuttle pick-up or your final hotel stop.

Terms and Conditions

It is possible that this travel will include a stop and vehicle change. Each passenger is allowed one carry-on and one item of luggage. The carry-on must stay with the passenger at all times, while the luggage item will be tagged and placed in the luggage compartment. The shuttle company will not be responsible for loss or damage to carry-on items left unsupervised by the passenger. This includes carry-on items incorrectly stored with the luggage. Each additional piece of luggage has a cost of $15.00 (subject to space). All passengers must be at the pick-up point at the scheduled time. Anyone running rate, 5 minutes allowance will be applied. If for any reason, you miss your shuttle, you will be able to take the next one at the time specified or pay extra for a private service. No refunds for no shows. If you need to cancel your shared shuttle service, a written email must be sent to info@iltcostarica.com at least 48 hours before your shuttle service to be eligible for a full refund.
